Own the whole problem
Strategy matters only when it survives contact with delivery, onboarding, and real customer behavior.
My path moved through product design, design leadership, and product management—but the work has always centered on understanding difficult problems and shipping useful products.

My operating model
I investigate the underlying problem, define a viable product direction, align the necessary people, and stay involved until the solution ships and earns adoption. That often means moving between a customer conversation, a roadmap decision, a UX detail, and a technical implementation in the same week.
Strategy matters only when it survives contact with delivery, onboarding, and real customer behavior.
Prototypes, diagrams, and working software create alignment faster than abstract product language.
Technical fluency and design judgment help me make better tradeoffs and unblock teams directly.
Experience
At OpenWeb, I worked as a Product Designer, Senior Product Designer, Product Design Lead, and Product Manager. I led Forums from early discovery through launch, later owning strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery across a portfolio of social products.
Beyond company roles
I conceived, designed, and built Rollo as a four-platform local-first product, built Yem Digital UX Academy, taught and mentored more than 150 students, and grew an educational YouTube channel beyond 34,000 subscribers and 1.6 million views.
